My parish is directly across the street from the huge Federal Building where 
most new US citizens are sworn in for a large portion of the Northeast.

We would like to offer a short liturgy to celebrate new citizenship. If 
others have done so, please share copies with me privately so that we won't 
have to re-invent them.
