I live in a rural Indiana county(Switzerland)but attend Christ
Church in Madison as there is no Episcopal parish in my county.
In December our new bishop visited and everyone was impressed 
with her teaching ability-very dynamic.  Even people who have 
their doubts about the ordination of women have become enthused
with our new bishop.  Our numbers are small(under 200)but we do
have an obligation to let people know we are here and that there
is a alternative to the charismatic/fundy Christianity of this
area.  I plan to check your pages periodically for news.

Tried sending you an email earlier but it was returned..perhaps i had the address worng...anyway, am trying to locate a priest, former USN champlain by the mane of Christopher B. Young.  he was in the Navy in the early '60's when I met him in San Diego.  He was very instrumental in helping me explore my feelings about being an Anglo-Catholic. I enjoyed visiting with you a couple of years ago while I was 
visiting Newark-interviewing.  I've moved from Milwaukee to St. 
Louis area.  Rockwell is great bishop!  The church is in a 
conservative suburb, but the parish is very supportive of me and 
my partner, Joe.  My parish- Transfiguration is getting a new 
computer soon, with internet capability.  I look forward to not 
feeling so isolated.  Your witness and work in the church is
