Introduction:

This paper, "Privacy at work: The psychological impact of covert surveillance", is a based on a two-year longitudinal study I conducted. Earlier papers derived from various facets of this research were presented (with Kathy Kolb) at APS in 1995 and SPSSI's 60th Anniversary Convention in Ann Arbor, MI in 1996.
