As a professor in the Rutgers Psychology Department, I have taught a number of courses over the years including Psychology 373
In addition, I have been very active in research investigating the process by which people regulate and control their social interaction with others.
We recently received an NSF grant to study the "Dynamic use of social network and leadership theories in disaster recovery."
My research group has put primary emphasis on topics such as stress and performance in the workplace, leadership, group processes, supervisory feedback, computer performance monitoring, diversity, social facilitation, privacy, and social justice.
