Professor Jeff Rubin is currently conducting research on the determinants of health insurance coverage and the impact of insurance on use of medical services, focusing most of his efforts on elderly and disabled persons who have Medicare coverage. He is also working on a project to analyze the relationship between mental health programs and policies and the various legal factors that affect resource allocation and consumer and provider and behavior.
