Surplus & Material Services is responsible for pickup and disposal of all university assets which are either no longer in use, or for which there are no further plans for use. The Surplus Property Policy [PDF] defines who is responsible for surplus assets and how to handle the disposal, sale, and transfer of these assets.

To request a surplus pickup and disposal:

• Open the Request for Surplus Disposal Form [DOC]
• Save the [DOC] file onto your computer
• Fill in the grey fields on the form, save, and close
• Email your request to Surplus & Material Services and attach a copy of the saved [DOC] file
